Purpose Of UG Recovery Groups
The purpose of Underground Support groups is to provide support, guidance and accountability to Men who struggle with various forms of Sexual Addiction and their Spouse's who have been wounded by the struggle. The groups are divided into sections of sharing and personal reflection to a time of learning from a trained group facilitater. Groups last anywhere between 1 to 1 1/2 hours in length. Our desire is to see Men restored to places of honor and leadership in their families, churches and communities."

Life Guide For Men
The L.I.F.E. Guide for Men is a 21-assignment recovery workbook based on Dr. Mark Laaser’s Seven Principles for living in freedom everyday. The L.I.F.E. Guide workbook is a biblically-based, time-tested, effective tool in restoring sexual integrity in men.
This workbook will introduce a new way of looking at recovery and transformation in our lives. While the workbook is easy enough to follow alone, it is highly recommended that it be used in conjunction with a L.I.F.E. support group. By participating in a group, one enters a safe-environment of men on the same journey creating a support and accountability structure that is crucial in addiction recovery.

Who attends these meetings? In the men’s meeting, everyone in the room has struggled with pornography and masturbation. Some of the men have taken sexual sin further, like adulterous affairs or prostitution. In the wives meeting, a woman married to a man who struggles in any of these areas of sexual sin is welcome to attend.
All groups are confidential and anonymous. Everyone must be verified through the group facilitator before the date, time, and location information will be disclosed. This is done to foster a safe environment for all participants.
How much does it cost? Other than the cost of the workbook ($30), there is no cost. The groups are free to attend, but a collection will be taken so that the group (as a whole) can be a blessing to others in the future. Alcoholics Anonymous would not have grown to help people worldwide without the contributions from their participants. All are welcome, regardless of their ability to contribute.
We use workbooks and resources from LIFE Ministries (in Lake Mary, FL). LIFE Ministries is a Christ-centered sexual addiction recovery ministry that provides the Christian community with structure, support, and resources to battle sexual addiction.
